The participants need to register in advance in order to attend the conference. Please choose the correct item to pay the registration fee accordingly.
The registration fee covers access to all sessions, all conference materials, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks. Registration is incomplete until payment is received. Authors must register for their papers to be included in the conference schedule, abstract and proceedings. One registration will be valid for only one paper presentation and publication.
Register as ListenerYou're simply required to fill out the Registration form for Listeners and send it to us via email before the registration deadline. We'll contact you after we review the form.
Register as Presenter (for abstract)You need to submit the abstract of your paper to us before submission deadline. The conference committee will perform a brief review, and you'll be granted the chance to present your paper if it passes the review.
Register as Author (for full paper)You need to submit your full paper to us before submission deadline, which will enter the preliminary review and peer review system. And you'll be informed of the review status of your paper by the notification date. Then your paper will be published into the journal if accepted, plus you'll be entitled to present your paper at the conference as well.
Online ParticipationThe organizing committee is pleased to offer online participation in light of the current situation of the pandemic. Presentation certificates will be sent by mail after the event.
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email to
received by March 5. No refund will be provided after this date.
And 30% of the paid amount will be charged. The refunds will be
processed only after the conference.
